  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is missing essential parts or is significantly different from the description

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Sizing issues where the product matches the size chart provided
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or custom-stitched
  • Delays in delivery due to external logistics or regional restrictions

5. Exchange Policy

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the refund criteria, we recommend completing the refund process and placing a new order separately.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
